Hello, Chicago!

I’m a Phoenix transplant who moved to the Windy City at the end of 2022. I’m excited for this new chapter of my life. I recently changed my name. You may know me as Melissa Fossum.

I have 13 years experience in the visual arts. My creative services include photography, videography, and graphic design.

My photography expertise is in portraits, nightlife, concerts, events, and weddings.

I graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Film & Media Production. I create video packages for influencers, cannabis companies, and music videos.

I’ve documented lots of music festivals and events with camera in hand. Highlights include: Coachella, Riot Fest, Punk Rock Bowling, Innings Festival, M3F, Decadence, Barrett Jackson, Phoenix Fashion Week, and Cannafest.

Additional work experience: host, bartender, server, instructional assistant, substitute teacher, digital marketer, SEO, content creator, blogger, concert reviewer, barista, shift supervisor.

I’m motivated by my queer identity, women’s issues, and animal rights. I’m a proud vegetarian who loves to dance.
